Team analytics

Team analytics (/app/dashboard/analytics) is the chart hub for throughput, lead time, productivity scores, contributor performance, and review activity. Use the team selector to scope metrics to one team or All teams and repos (org-wide).

For org KPIs and the team performance table, start on Overview. For leadership attention callouts, use Weekly summary.

The toolbar team dropdown defaults to all mapped repositories. Choosing a team limits charts and tables to repositories assigned on Teams & repos.

Charts include merge throughput, lead time, team productivity scores, contributor breakdowns, and review activity. Click Click chart to expand to open a modal with a larger chart and period table. Use Copy image on any chart card or in the expanded modal to paste a PNG into Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Notion for staff meetings.

Time-series charts can show chart milestones — vertical markers for GitHub releases, tags, and manual events — to correlate launches with delivery trends.

Manage milestone types and manual markers on /app/dashboard/milestones (sidebar under Team analytics) or via the toolbar Milestones link. See the Chart milestones guide for synced releases, custom types, and reading labels on charts.

The contributor section lists authors with productivity score, merges, lead time, and line volume using the same definitions as team cards — useful for evidence-based 1:1s.
