Plans & billing

Manage your plan from Subscription (/app/subscription). Every plan includes every feature — the only thing that changes is how many repositories we keep in sync. See pricing for the comparison table.

The plans

PlanPriceTracked repositories
Free$01
Starter$49/mo5
Team$149/mo20
Scale$399/mo60

The free tier also includes unlimited AI delivery impact reports on public repositories, which need no account at all.

Why repositories, not seats

Repository count is the only thing that changes what the product costs us to run. It is also stable month to month and you control it directly on Teams & repos.

Per-contributor pricing at category rates puts a 200-engineer organization past $4,000/month — that is a procurement cycle, not a self-serve purchase a team lead can expense.

Hitting the repository limit

  • Nothing breaks. Repositories you already track keep syncing.
  • You are asked to pick a larger plan before adding a repository beyond your allowance.
  • Downgrading keeps your data. History already imported stays; you simply cannot add beyond the smaller allowance.
  • Only repositories you mark as tracked count against the allowance. Untracking one on Teams & repos frees a slot and keeps the history already imported.

Paying, changing, cancelling

  • Monthly, by card, through Stripe. Card details never touch DeliveryCompass — checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe.
  • Change plan or update your card from Subscription, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Invoices and receipts live there too.
  • Cancel yourself, at any time, from the same portal. No email to support.
  • After cancelling you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drop to the free tier.
  • No annual billing, no invoicing, no purchase orders. Monthly card payment is the only option today.

If a payment fails

Your subscription goes past due and Stripe retries the card over the following days. You keep full access during those retries — a failed payment is usually a card expiry nobody noticed, and cutting off a paying customer over it helps no one.

Fix the card from Subscription → billing portal. If the retries are exhausted and the subscription lapses, the organization falls back to the free allowance, not to zero — you lose paid capacity, not sight of your data.

Early Access organizations

Organizations that joined during Early Access keep their current access at no charge. We said we would grandfather early adopters and that stands. You will not be moved onto a paid plan without choosing one.
