Using the product
Email preferences
DeliveryCompass sends optional product emails during the pilot. Manage toggles on Profile (/app/profile).
Email types
- Welcome — one-time onboarding email after account creation (gated by Product updates).
- Weekly digest — Sunday email with one leadership highlight and KPI deltas (gated by Weekly digest).
- Password reset — transactional; always sent when requested.
Profile toggles
On Profile, under email preferences:
- Weekly digest — Sunday summary email with unsubscribe link in the footer.
- Product updates — welcome and product announcements.
Unsubscribe from weekly digests via the link in any digest email or at /app/email/unsubscribe.
