Overview dashboard
The Overview page (/app/dashboard) is your home for delivery reviews: four KPI cards with sparklines, merge and lead-time trend charts, a team performance table, and a review-health donut. For the full chart grid, contributor table, and activity feeds, open Team analytics or the Reports and Alerts sections in the sidebar.
Time ranges
Use the range control in the toolbar to change the period for all KPIs and charts on the page:
- 7d / 30d / 90d — rolling windows ending today
- Calendar years — current year and the two prior years (
yYYYY) - Custom range — pick a date range in one control (up to 366 days, within the visualization window)
Range and Include bots settings are preserved when you open drill-downs on Team analytics.
KPI cards
The top row summarizes org-wide delivery health for the selected range:
- Team throughput — merged PR volume
- Lead time (median) — median open-to-merge time, shown in days
- Review health — organization productivity score (0–100)
- Active reviewers — approximate count of unique contributors across mapped teams
DORA-style metrics including revert rate are on the DORA Metrics page (/app/dora). See the metrics glossary for formulas and scope.
Overview charts
Below the KPI row, Overview shows PRs merged over time and lead time trend charts. Work-in-progress, file-type mix, combined performance, and monthly LOC charts live on Team analytics. Click a chart to expand it in a modal with a data table.
Chart milestones
Time-series charts can show vertical markers for releases, tags, and manual events you add. See the full Chart milestones guide for how to manage types, read labels on charts, and correlate launches with throughput trends.
Team performance table
Mapped teams appear in a table with PRs merged, median lead time, and review health (productivity score). A donut chart buckets teams into good, needs attention, and poor score ranges.
Unmapped repositories count toward org metrics but not toward team rows until you assign them on Teams & repos. Attention callouts are on Alerts (/app/alerts).
Suggested weekly review flow
- Set range to 30d (or your review cadence) on Overview.
- Scan KPI cards, trend charts, and the team table for outliers.
- Open Alerts or Weekly summary for attention callouts.
- Drill into Team analytics when a team needs chart-level investigation.
- Use Snapshots to compare week-over-week after a few weeks of data.
