Product tour
A screenshot walkthrough of DeliveryCompass with real organization data. The product splits into Overview (org KPIs, trend charts, and team table), Team analytics (full chart grid and contributors), and Weekly summary (attention callouts for staff meetings).
Screenshots are from a live pilot org (2024 range). Your dashboard reflects your teams after setup and repo mapping.
1. Overview dashboard
/app/dashboard — KPI cards, PR merge and lead-time trends, team performance table, and review-health breakdown.- Header brand — DeliveryCompass logo links to Overview; docs and profile in the topbar.
- Sidebar navigation — Overview, Teams (analytics, repos, milestones), Pull Requests, Reviews, DORA, Reports, Alerts, Settings.
- Time range toolbar — 7d, 30d, 90d, calendar years, or custom range.
- KPI cards — team throughput, lead time, review health, and active reviewers with sparklines.
- Trend charts — PRs merged over time and lead time trend (click to expand).
- Team performance table — mapped teams with PRs merged, median lead time, and review health.
- Review-health donut — teams bucketed by productivity score with org score in the center.
2. Team analytics
/app/dashboard/analytics — click to expand any chart.Throughput, lead time, productivity, contributor, and review charts live here — not on Overview. See the team analytics guide. Trend charts support chart milestones (release and launch markers on the time axis).
3. Contributors
Contributor tables use the same KPI definitions as the Overview team table for consistent 1:1 coaching.
4. Weekly summary
/app/weekly — attention signals for staff meetings.Attention signals — outperforming and lagging teams and contributors — appear here, generated Mondays after sync (or on demand). Copy JSON to share highlights outside the app. See Weekly summary guide.
5. Teams & repos
/app/teams/repos — assign repositories to team cards for KPI scoping.Team KPIs only include mapped repositories. Drag from the unassigned pool or use the assign dropdown per team. See Teams & repos guide.
6. Reports
