What the report shows
Speed
Merged PRs per week and median lead time from open to merge, on each side of your cutover.
Load
Median PR size, files touched, and how long a pull request waits for its first human review.
Quality
Revert rate and review coverage. Shipping faster is only good news if this holds.
What this is not
This report shows what changed in two windows of your pull request history. How the report works. It does not prove why. Team size, re-orgs, launches, and process changes move these numbers too. Treat it as the start of a conversation with your team, not a verdict — and move the cutover date to see how sensitive the answer really is.
Bot-authored pull requests are excluded, so a dependency updater cannot inflate throughput.
